This meditation will be focused on breathwork. Through prana (the energy within the breath), we will quickly cleanse our subtle body (mind & emotions) so that our energy is flowing beautifully. Improving the quality of our day to day life by removing the old and creating space for the new.
There will be 5 specific exercises for this intensive.
-Sound Breathing
-Nadi Breathing
-Chakra Breathing
-Ajapa Japa Breathing with Variations
-Circulating the Prana Long Meditation
Each exercise will focus on a specific movement of prana to increase energy, calm, physical healing, and creating a healthy auric field. This work is helpful for everyone, especially empaths, teachers, and healers as we can sometimes take on other people's energies.
As we clear the old and make space for the new, I am excited to bring in a Master Mantra for Lakshmi. Lakshmi invokes the energy of abundance & makes sure we are maximizing our energy and potential here on Earth. Let's get back to life –Breathe again!
