Breathe & Breeze: The Poconos | Women's Weekend Mindfulness Retreat PA
A Women's Yoga, Nature & Mindfulness Retreat in the Pocono Mountains
July 8–11, 2027 | Lake Harmony, Pennsylvania
After sold-out weekends in Oregon and Colorado, Breathe & Breeze is coming to the East Coast!
Trade traffic, screens, and endless to-do lists for waterfall hikes, forest air, and firelit nights under the stars. Breathe & Breeze is an alcohol-free women's wellness retreat in Lake Harmony, Pennsylvania, a long weekend in the heart of the Pocono Mountains designed for women craving nature, embodiment, a nervous system reset, and deep restoration. Just 2 hours from Philadelphia and New York City, this Poconos yoga retreat feels like a faraway escape without the long travel days.
From Thursday to Sunday, you'll experience daily yoga, guided mindfulness practices, nourishing meals, sound healing, women's circles, guided hikes, and plenty of time outdoors. Mornings start with breathwork and movement on a deck high in the treetops, with sunlight pouring through the canopy. Afternoons are for the trail. We'll hike to waterfalls, explore rocky ridges and forest paths, and wander along rushing creeks through the lush green of Pennsylvania summer. Evenings slow way down: a long soak in the hot tub tucked into the woods, then the whole circle gathered around a crackling fire pit while the fireflies come out and the forest goes quiet.
This women's mindfulness retreat is an invitation to soften, reconnect, and remember what it feels like to be fully present in your body and in nature. Expect grounding practices, real connection with like-minded women, quiet moments in the trees, and space to exhale from the demands of everyday life.
No prior yoga, meditation, or hiking experience is needed. Just bring your curiosity, comfy clothes, good walking shoes, and a willingness to slow down.
The Retreat House
Your home for the weekend is a three-story forest chalet surrounded by trees. The great room has vaulted ceilings, a wall of windows, and a stone fireplace, which makes it the perfect space for sound baths and candlelit yoga nidra. A long farmhouse table gathers us for every meal. The wraparound treetop deck is made for sunrise yoga and slow mornings. Below it, the covered patio has a hot tub for stargazing soaks. Out in the woods, a stone-ringed fire pit holds our women's circles and firelight ceremonies.
Nature Time in the Poconos
Lake Harmony sits minutes from some of the best hiking in Pennsylvania. Hickory Run State Park is home to the famous Boulder Field and the lush Hawk Falls trail. Lehigh Gorge State Park offers river views, waterfalls, and miles of trail. July in the Pocono Mountains means cooler mountain air, the forest at its greenest, and summer days made for being outside.
