About your trip

Breath is more than a tool for relaxation—it’s a gateway to expansion.

By shifting our habitual breath patterns, we can access new states of awareness, awaken creativity, and step into embodied presence, and from there experience a deep sense of belonging to ourselves and each other.

Over this weekend workshop, we’ll combine guided connective breathwork, gentle movement, writing prompts, sound/voice exploration, and playful creative exercises. These practices help us loosen old patterns, meet discomfort with curiosity, and open space for insight, pleasure, and embodied transformation.

You can expect a mix of solo reflection, group connection, nourishing meals, restorative rest, and moments of joyful experimentation. And new this summer, a biodynamic natural pond to lounge near, plunge into and float upon under stars.

Set in the Driftless Region of Wisconsin—with its rolling hills, deep valleys, and spring-fed rivers—Red Clover Ranch offers a landscape of quiet magic and resilience. It’s an ideal setting for slowing down, reconnecting with yourself, and letting new possibilities emerge.

Join us for a weekend of breath, creativity, and play—an invitation to step into a more expansive, vibrant version of yourself.
