I appreciate all feedback and take it seriously. Thank you for bringing your specific issues to my attention regarding the hotel, tour and transportation. Regarding the Hotel and the Elevator Issues: The Belvedere is in a great location ~ True. However, I have reached out to the hotel management to discuss the issues with their elevator service and to stress the impact this had on the experience. They sincerely apologized for the frustration and time wasted due to the slow elevators. Next time I will request lower floors for better accessibility and will also check with a few other properties in the area to compare rates and service for the next tour. Regarding the Tour and Transportation - I completely understand your disappointment regarding the timing of the guided city tour. We've always done it on Saturday but....you are right—having the tour on Friday morning would have significantly enhanced your sightseeing experience and allowed time to see the more iconic sights like the Statue of Liberty and the Empire State Building. I am taking your feedback seriously and plan to restructure the itinerary for future trips to ensure the comprehensive city tour is scheduled at the beginning of the adventure. Then we may go see the Rockettes' on Saturday. Again, I apologize that the movies on the bus were too loud. I will ask in advance next time and monitor/adjust volume levels to ensure a comfortable environment for all passengers. Will also make sure folks know that we are NOT stopping at Rein's deli on the way home. I'm sorry and disappointed that these logistical issues affected your overall experience, particularly since the core highlights like the Rockettes show met your expectations.
