Not knowing what to expect, this trip far exceeded my expectations! Nancy planned many wonderful activities and we also had a bit of our own time to explore as we wished, a perfect combination! The coach and our accommodations were very comfortable! It was fun getting to know the others in our group over the course of the trip. Bravo Nancy!!
This was a wonderful trip. Nancy clearly planned everything meticulously and we saw so many wonderful things. People on the trip were wonderful and accommodations perfect. Would love to do it again!
We had a great itinerary with excellent traveling folks and a thoughtful, fun trip leader, Nancy Dorrans. I enjoyed the beautiful countryside of the Eastern townships, the food, the hikes, the exploration of culture, and the kind, welcoming Canadians in Magog. Montreal offered excitement in its cathedrals, markets, monuments, pubs, and botanical gardens. Such a clean and polished city to explore on foot and by tour bus. Our local guide for the 4-hour city tour offered wonderful insights into the history and development of this stunning city. Visiting sites featured in Louise Penny’s “Three Pines” novels was fun, as were the tasting stops at the Cheese Factory, Cep D’Argent Vineyard,, Chocolate Museum, and the Dog Chapel. Our accommodations were comfortable and well-located, and the bus rides were merry.
This was a great trip with many new and enjoyable sites and activities in the Eastern Townships and Quebec. The guides at each stop were extremely knowledgeable, interesting, and accomodating. The days were filled, but the pace was easy. There was little downtime or time to explore on your own. If that's what you're looking for then I'd highly recommend it!
