I’M CHRISTINA LOPES, DPT, MPH
I help people navigate difficult spiritual awakenings, make major life changes, heal from past trauma, and create massive impact in the world.
My career spans wellness, exercise science, neuropediatric physical therapy, mindfulness, energy medicine, life-coaching, and spiritual guidance. I hold a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from New York University and a Master’s Degree in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University.

The retreat was so transformative that honestly words cannot accurately describe the experience but I'll try! Christina and her coaching team are true professionals and I felt supported and held during intense energetic releases without judgment. Christina's guidance and way of sharing insights is so unique. I love how she combines a scientific lens with the more esoteric aspects of spirituality to help people like me reach a greater understanding of their spiritual growth. The process was so organized and every detail was clearly thought out and considered. The overall care that was put into developing and implementing this retreat was so apparent. The different activities complemented each other so well and I learned so much about new strategies to use to help me move energy through my body as well as receiving more insights during the hot seats/question and answer portions of the retreat. And the ceremonies were just magical. I just felt honored to have the opportunity to participate in this retreat with the staff and fellow retreaters. I will remember this experience for my entire life. Truly truly appreciative for it all. Thank you

I had a great experience. I had no problems with my room, loved the food and my fellow retreaters. Was amazing how easy it was to connect with everyone I came in contact with.

There were a few issues with the hotel that were never remedied but aside from that, I enjoyed my retreat experience with Christina and the other retreaters. I am grateful for the experience

This was an awesome experience! Not only did I get to see the beautiful Azores of Portugal, but I also got to learn and heal so much with Christina, her coaches, her musicians, support staff, and anyone else that I did not mention. I also met tons of new soul family members and will be impacted by this for the rest of my live(s), lol! Thank you so much!

If you get the opportunity to attend one of Christina’s retreat do not hesitate !
The whole retreat from start to finish was very well organised , the Hotel was fab and right near the beach overlooking a golf course , food was on par too !
Thank you to Christina and her crew for all you do in making this journey called Life a lot easier xx
