Your 6 night, 7 day experience features daily yoga with Patti Jones of Chubby Chick Yoga and breathwork with Dr. Mary O'Dwyer of The Breath of New Life, as well as excursions for a traditional Balinese water purification ceremony, personalized healing sessions, and experiencing the amazing island of Bali.


It is all planned out for you, all you have to do is pack a bag and show up!

$300 deposit for double occupancy is non-refundable

$500 deposit for single occupancy is non-refundable

100% refund available minus deposit prior to January 1, 2027

75% refund available minus deposit between January 1 and March 1, 2027

50% refund available minus deposit between March 2 and March 28, 2027

No refund is available after March 28, 2027.

If the retreat is cancelled by the organizer, a full refund, including deposit, will be issued within 24 hours.

Travel with someone who knows Bali

This will be my 9th trip to Bali.  It is like a second home to me, with Balinese family and friends to help along the way.  I know what is worth the time and effort and what can be skipped without the fear of missing out.  I can help with restaurant recommendations, side trips, adventures, and all your travel plans.  

With 10 years as a yoga teacher, and 8 years hosting international yoga retreats, I have the experience you need to ensure your safety, help you navigate the travel and visa experience, and create a meaningful trip that helps you connect your mind, body, and sprit to curate an amazing adventure.

I also have a group of trusted drivers who speak English, will ensure your safety, get your to and from the airport, provide insider information, and help you barter in the local markets. These drivers are professionally trained and will become like family to you, they are funny and kind, and trustworthy.

What's included

Our Retreat Center sits adjacent to a gorgeous rice field, walking distance from central Ubud, each room has a/c and a private bath. There is a pool, spa and restaurant onsite for your convenience.

Traditional Kecek Dance

Attend a traditional story telling through dance and temple chanting at an ocean side temple at sunset

Water Temple Cleansing

Attend a guided cleansing ritual at a local waterfall and participate in a symbolic cleansing of the body and spirit by a Balinese spiritual leader.

Meals

Two meals per day are provided by our retreat center. Buffet style meals will be provided for breakfast and dinner daily, thoughtfully curated using fresh, local ingredients.

Daily Yoga

Dailly yoga classes are offered in the morning. Beginner friendly and tailored to the days activities, Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa, and recovery sessions are offered.

Daily Breathwork

Explore breathwork as a healing modality and to allow you to deepen your connection to your mind and body. Traumatic breathwork and ancestral healing themes will be available.

Cooking Class

Attend a Balinese home to cook traditional Balinese food. This includes a trip to a local market and a stop at a rice field to learn about the importance of rice to the Balinese

Cultural excursions

Visits to the famous Tegalalang rice terrace, visit a traditional Balinese village, hike waterfalls, and visit the gorgeous monkey forest.

Jamu and Beauty Products

Attend a class to learn how to make the Balinese healing drink known as Jamu, and learn about healing herbs and natural beauty product creation

Day 1

Water Temple and Honoring local traditions

Early morning we will travel to a Balinese water temple for a cleansing ceremony in the pure waters of the temple, beautiful waterfalls and sharing blessings.  It is a great way to release anything that is not serving you, and is a perfect way to begin your week in Bali!

Afternoon is free to explore Ubud, shop, site seeing, and sampling local culture. We are happy to make recommendations for spa treatments, healing sessions or additional experiences you might wish to experience.

Day 2

Physical Body healing and Awakening

After breakfast and morning yoga, we will attend a cooking class, making the traditional Balinese healing drink known as Jamu, and discuss local natural products for physical body healing.


Our afternoon will include a physical hike to explore the nature around us and one of the amazing waterfalls in the surrounding jungle.


We will end our evening with a breathwork session and journal time.

Day 3

Sound Healing and Finding Your Wild Side

 

After yoga and breakfast, we will travel to a local Ancient Sound Healing session.  This is a one hour fully immersive sound bath session.

Afterwards, our drivers will take us to the lush jungle of the Monkey Forest and the Elephant Sanctuary. You will have the option to purchase food to feed the elephants, or upgrade your visit to include an elephant mud bath for an additional personal expense.

Find yourself connecting in nature and exploring our space in the world.

The evening we will connect over dinner, evening breathwork and a meditative walk.

Day 4

Learning About Balinese Culture

Our day starts with yoga and breakfast, before traveling to a local Balinese village where we will learn about daily life in Bali. This will include a traditional Barong performance, learning about the UNESCO honored farming system, temple rituals, and what a day in the life of a Balinese village is like.


There will be some free time in the afternoon for spa treatments, shopping, or perhaps finding a new adventure.

Celebrating the Devine Feminine

We will awake with a sunrise yoga and gentle breath practice to honor the start of our day. We will learn about the sacred feminine, embrace our roles in this world as women and have an intentional women's circle. Discussions will also include local natural make-ups and skin care products, and body adornments in local cultures.

Our excursion on this day will take us to the famous Tegalalang Rice Terrace, where you have the option to rent one the big flowing dresses for a fantastic photo shoot on the Big Bali Swing over the rice terrace.


Evening yoga and breathwork will close out our evening.

Final Day

After an intentional closing ceremony, we will have a group loving kindness meditation and a chance to journal and write a letting to your future self about what you have learned and explored and the changes you would like to implement as you prepare to return to your normal life.


Check out and goodbyes will follow breakfast.

Not ready to leave? We are happy to make recommendations for activities after our retreat. There are art classes, jewelry making, or perhaps an ATV waterfall ride. Consider a few days at the beach or in the mountains to soak in and enjoy a little recovery time just for you. There is much more to do and see and experience and we are happy to help curate your final experiences.

Yoga classes are geared for fun, increasing flexibility, and embracing movement to help your own natural flow of energy. Patti's retreats are geared for the adventurous yogi, those who like to see and do as much in this lifetime as possible. All while keeping you grounded, centered, and thankful for the gift that is your life.
