I had the most amazing first trip to Costa Rica! The process to book and schedule everything was perfect Patti was amazing with assisting me every step of the way with the travel and clearly explained what to expect! Once I arrived everything was exceptional from where we stayed the food the people I met along the way! WOW! Super amazing trip and can’t wait to go back!

I did not attend this event due to the corona virus as I am health compromised. Many things unfolded due to the virus including many actions taken since the trip to prevent travel to Bali. I believe Patty should refund money to those of us that were unable to attend due to these very unusual circumstances. The Ark should be willing to refund money and Patti should refund any money she was not charged.

This trip was life changing for me. Patti made set up, payment and arrangements very easy. She was available for questions and provided all valuable information up front. She made sure I had my hand held when needed or gave me freedom to explore. She did a great job of having plenty activities for all to enjoy. She has a firm knowledge of the area and culture in Bali. It was truly an amazing trip. I will gladly send others her way. I hope to join again in the future!
