After decades of crushing Roman rule, the Hebrew people are losing hope. When will the promised Messiah come? Into the midst of this turmoil, young Mary is told she will bear God’s son. Angels in heaven proclaim his birth; humble shepherds and regal kings pay him homage. Clearly this is no ordinary child! But who is he - really? Is he the Messiah, our Savior? Who can even believe such a thing! Witness the story that is central to the season, brought to life with high drama, awe-inspiring special effects and live animals. Rejoice with your whole family as the true meaning of Christmas unfolds right before your eyes!

A Christmas Carol at Dutch Apple Theatre

A season favorite! Even for a grumpy old miser like Ebenezer Scrooge, it’s never too late to change. But when he’s visited by three ghosts – Christmas Past, Present, and Future – he discovers his selfish ways and greets Christmas morning with a new found happiness, and through the enduring love of Tiny Tim, learns to spread goodwill and be happy.

Murder Mystery - Who Killed Jacob Marley

We have all seen and heard the story of Ebeneezer Scrooge, and witnessed his great redemption. But there Is a dark secret buried within this Victorian Tale—A Murder Mystery that has hitherto never been explained. How Scrooge got so rich, and how his partner mysteriously died! Was it heart trouble? Was it strangulation? Was it a poisoned bit of beef; blot of mustard or crumb of cheese? Who put the “No! No! No!” in Marley’s “Ho! Ho! Ho!”? Riddlesbrood’s newest holiday whodunit, will let YOU finally uncover…Who killed Jacob Marley!

      Byer's Choice Factory

Byers’ Choice has been handcrafting the Carolers® Figurines for over 35 years.  Start with a walk down a cobblestone street scene straight out of Dickens’ London then into the Christmas Museum, with displays of Carolers past and present, as well as depictions of Christmas traditions from around the world.

      Elva Hurst's Chalk Talk

Elva grew up in a large conservative Mennonite family in Ephrata, PA where she attended a small “one room” Amish and Mennonite school. Art was viewed as frivolous by many of those around her, but that did not keep Elva from etching scenes in between chores on the family dairy farm. In recent years, yet another form of painting has become her primary focus; chalk talks. Before crowds of people Elva uses chalk to draw a large picture illustrating a story that is presented with pre-recorded music and narration.  Our delight is Oh Christmas tree – discover the origin of the traditional lighted Christmas tree, and listen to the eloquence of past presidents, addressing our nation through the years, on this special day.

We truely enjoyed the trip —— hotel was great our tour manager did a good job keeping everyone informed. On the return home the stop was the Baseball Hall of fame——— now it took about 1 hour 10 minutes to get thru customs ( not the tour agency fault) then a 4 1/2 hr ride to Cooperstown. So we basically had 1 hour 15 min there (really) you had to decide to do lunch or hall of fame. We choose the hall BUT it really was not enough time to enjoy all there was to see. Promoting the Hall of Fame on this trip would be very disappointing if that stop was part of making the decision to go on this trip.

Our experience was 5 out of 5. The tour folks, Kathy, Stephanie and driver Joanne were fantastic. It was like they were part of the group as well as tour directors. They were knowledgeable and quite helpful. The Falls were quite mesmerizing. There was so much to do in a couple of days. Being able to set your own schedule one of the days gave us the freedom to pick what we personally wanted to do on our own. I wish we had more time for the baseball hall of fame. You really need a whole day in Cooperstown. But it was still a pleasurable experience. The fun started on the bus when we got to meet some nice people. Financially and the timing fit perfectly for us. It's a 'must do'.

Fantastic show. I love the way Ricky Nelson's sons talked about lives growing up with their father and showed the videos. The venue was great.

We drove ourselves to this one to save some money which was nice. We arrived at 11:30 as directed and it was nice to have a salad and bread waiting, but the rest of the meal took 2 hours. Show didn’t start till 1:30 - too long to wait! The meal was good, the lemon cake dessert was great. Gunner and Matthew were very enjoyable. I liked all the background information they gave us about the Ozzie and Harriet show, and their lives and the life of Ricky.
