When you land at Montego Bay’s Sangster International Airport, head to the Club Mobay meeting point, where your club representative awaits. Your representative will assist you with completing your immigration forms if needed and guide you through customs and immigration with fast-track service. They will then help you retrieve your luggage and escort you to the Club Mobay arrival lounge.

In the arrival lounge, reggae music sets the island mood. Take advantage of the high-speed Wi-Fi to catch up on messages and watch news on the flat-screen cable TVs. Enjoy snacks and beverages while browsing through magazines and newspapers. Freshen up in the private restroom and cool off with a chilled towel.

Departure Services, Lounge:

After checking in for your flight at Sangster International Airport, head to the Club Mobay information booth near the entrance for security and immigration. Check in for your lounge access here, and then breeze through security and immigration with your fast-track access.

Continue to the Club Mobay departure lounge on the mezzanine level next to Gate 9. Enjoy fresh fruit, sandwiches, tapas, and other light fare, along with a cold beverage, coffee, or an alcoholic drink to cap off your vacation.

Relax with a magazine or newspaper, use the high-speed Wi-Fi, take a hot shower, or play games on the provided Samsung Galaxy tablets. Children can play in a sound-proof playroom, or if you're traveling without children, you can unwind in the adults-only lounge
