This was by far the worst transfer experience I've ever had. Initially the driver was busily passing out marijuana in an attempt to get people to buy it from him. Then, 1/3 of the way into the trip, the driver pulled over to buy booze from a local liquor store, and he managed to hit every single pothole on the road to Negril, and possibly a few that haven't arrived on the road yet. There were pieces of the bus falling off the vehicle. I'm not joking. He was driving WAY too quickly - massively UNSAFE. I hired a different service to return us to the airport on Sunday, losing my money paid to your company for the return trip. My wife feared for her life on the drive from the airport, so there was NO WAY we were using your company again. In addition to all this, the driver attempted to convince us all: that day was his birthday - in an attempt to get a monetary reward for doing absolutely nothing. I will NEVER use this company again. I honestly thought I was living the experience of the heroine in 'Romancing the Stone' when she got on the wrong bus to Cartajena in Colombia. Absolute nightmare!

Great, professional service! My flight ran late and I had some issues filling out my customs information. So, I was over an hour pass the time I was supposed to come out. This didn’t bother them as they made the necessary arrangements for me to be transported to the hotel. And, did it all with a smile. Amazing service. Thank you Holiday Services Ltd!

Holiday Services do a great job. They are very punctual, and our driver Bernard drove safety and was the perfect level of chatty - happy to engage in conversation if we wanted to, but also happy to let us relax quietly in the back seat when we just wanted to snooze on the way to the airport.
