We really enjoyed our trip. Had a private car with roses, balloons and beer waiting. Driver was amazing, super friendly and helpful. Will definitely use again on our next Jamaica trip.

We met some fun people. Loved the staff. So friendly and accommodating. The flame restaurant was wonderful. Overall the food was good entertainment was excellent and we had a wonderful time. Took the catamaran ride, which was a lot of fun.

Shuttle trip from MBJ to Negril. Airport staff was sub par and seemed annoyed that we showed up. Wasn’t even busy on arrival. Driver was nice enough, but nothing special.trip was rough due to traffic. Again driver did sufficiently well. Booking however. Horrible. Asked specifically about the trip and stops along the way. Was told no stops. Shuttle direct to hotel, which we wanted for opportunity to meet and chat with other guests. We made four stops along the way adding a solid 45 min to our trip. Especially since we had to wait for passengers to leave the airport. Traffic added nausea and another hour, but that’s not the company fault. But it WAS 3 hours not 1.5 as told. Honesty in booking and I would have spent more money on the private car. Return trip in premium car was awesome. Driver was great, polite, courteous, and drive was as smooth as can be expected in Jamaica. He alone is the only reason the 1-star bumped to a 3. If you’re going to use this service, do the private car. And for space do the upgraded car. (I don’t know what the standard car was, but I wasn’t risking it and I’m thankful I didn’t)

Whatever you do, do NOT take the van/bus option. Pay a little more, and take the private option. You won't be disappointed. One will waste your time, and the other is efficient.
