We had a good experience with Holiday Travel. Our flight was delayed for 2 days but they honored our reservation once we got to Jamaica. They did have it confused that we had booked a shuttle bus. But once I showed them we had booked a private vehicle, they honored that quickly. Our driver, Z, was spectacular! He gave us a great history, tour, and knowledge of the culture and island. We requested him for our departure back to the airport and he didn't disappoint. My husband left luggage at the hotel, and Z had no issues going back to get it for us. I would definitely recommend and use this company in the future.

The people were incredibly nice and helpful. The bus was very uncomfortable, no leg room for me (5' 10") and no suspension. We felt every stone in the road. We arranged other transportation for the return trip.
