About this trip

This experience has been over a decade in the making. Meet Lauren and Molly on the coast of Maine, where Molly’s family has lived for generations.  Every detail of this carefully curated retreat is designed to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. Greet the day with  Power and Yin yoga practices overlooking the ocean.  Center yourself with morning meditation and breathwork on the wraparound porch.  Smell the salt air as you cruise the bay in a hand-crafted wooden boat (built by Molly’s talented Uncle, Dick Pulsifer) as curious harbor seals pop out of the water to see you.  Heal your body from the inside out with healthy, whole foods, including some of the freshest seafood you’ve ever tasted!

All yoga and movement practices are suitable and scaleable for any experience level. As we always say, “Come as you are, and you will receive everything you need.”

All yoga and movement practices are suitable and scaleable for any experience level. As we always say, “Come as you are, and you will receive everything you need.”

We welcome each day with intention, exploring mindfulness practices, such as meditation and energy activation, breathing, and listening to the sounds of the sea. In addition to her 15 years of experience as a yoga instructor, Molly brings extensive knowledge as a meditation and breathwork teacher, delivering simple and inviting practices you can bring home and incorporate into your wellness routine.

Through daily inquiry discussions and journaling in the cozy living room with water views, we cultivate a tight and precious container to reflect, share and move toward clarity around what’s truly important to us. Lauren Dunne brings her expertise as both a yoga teacher and professional mental health provider to these sessions, supporting you in discovering and embracing your life's purpose through a fresh lens.

Although small and intimate, Harpswell has the longest coastline of any in Maine—216 miles of fingers sheltering villages and fishing communities that seem virtually untouched by the hands of time.

You’ll leave feeling restored, salty sun-kissed, connected, and inspired. Ready to Live Your LIfe On Point?

This was a wonderful combination of a yoga/wellness retreat and boutique tourism. Staying at Il Roccone, a beautifully renovated farmhouse tucked up on a hill overlooking the beautiful town of Piancastagnaio, Italy was amazing! Each morning we began our day with meditation up on a platform surrounded by a most serene natural environment. The meditation began with an inspirational reading from Molly or Lauren, our illustrious hosts!! Once done, we would go down to the yoga studio for yoga activities which also included, but not limited to, yoga, sound baths etc. Absolutely outstanding! The resonant sounds truly soothed my soul. The team assigned to the Retreat, could not be more accommodating. Carlo the owner of the farmhouse, along with Renato, the house manager and Elena our chef, truly cared about our comfort and always provided assistance when needed with a smile at all times!! Just to mention, if there are dietary concerns, they will be accommodated. Also, each day there was an excursion of some type, planned for the group, i.e. hiking, city tours, thermal baths, wine tasting etc. I highly recommend this Retreat if you want to rediscover yourself and/or become a better version of yourself. Molly and Lauren will guide you through whatever it is you may need. They are very compassionate, patient and non-judgmental. Wonderful program! Thank you!!!!! Michele M.

Words can not begin to express the gratitude I have for this experience. The grounds, accommodations and staff of ChoZen were simply amazing. From the moment of arrival to the bittersweet moment of departure, this yoga retreat flowed from one experience to the next with love and grace. Lauren and Molly poured their heart and souls into ensuring that each participant had a beautiful experience - and that physical limitations don't stop the flow of our practice. We learned to love ourselves where we are in our yoga practice and found deep compassion for ourselves in our every day lives. The addition of Jared and percussion through yoga and sound bath meditations took the experience to new levels. Ryan's input on acupuncture and how to integrate acupressure into everyday practical living combined with a visit to the Kashi Ashram was quite the perk. Chef Collin's food was divine art. I have expanded my knowledge and my soul to places I'd never imagined. I feel truly blessed to have been a part of this group, as each member of this experience was a gift. I feel that any retreat that Lauren and Molly pull together in the future will be a once in a lifetime experience that should not be missed. This was a beautiful adventure that flowed as life does with unexpected twists and turns. I feel so grateful to have been a part of it.
