- Thoughtfully prepared box lunch to take with us on an afternoon adventure.

- Self-guided relaxation time - read a book, nap, immerse in your journal, or book a massage with our guest therapist.

- Relax around the fire pit or by the shore with herbal tea or a glass of wine. Our final night together will include a special celebration and fire ceremony.

Yoga sessions are generally 60 - 90 minutes long, while meditation and breathwork sessions are generally 20-30 minutes long.
