Join us in exploring the inner and outer landscape through meditation and practice in the natural world. One translation of Mindfulness is “to remember.” Come remember with us: our indisputable connection, belonging, and interdependence with the world we are born into. We’ll be invited by the natural setting of Tenmile Creek, to explore our relationship to the land directly through slowing down, stillness, and contemplative practice. We will weave in Qigong, Forest Bathing, sit spots, and other nature-connection practices. These intersecting practices of meditation and nature connection provide skills for accessing our inner resources and building capacity to meet the challenges of our lives with care, resiliency, and creativity.
