Words cannot express what an incredible experience we had in the Galapagos! Juan and his team were so incredibly helpful, beginning several months prior to our trip and through our last-minute indecision over activities and itinerary. We did a 6 day trip and spent time on both Santa Cruz and Isabella Islands. Cesar, our guide/driver for our first and last days, picked us up from the airport and rooms us to a tour of the giant tortoises before dropping us off at our hotel. Cesar is from the islands and shared a lot of interesting information about the public land and some of the flora and fauna, which we heard again from our various tour guides. For our other days we snorkeled nearly each morning, with sea turtles, sharks, sea lions, and many beautiful fish. Throughout the trip Juan communicates with us daily to make sure we had everything we needed, knew where to go for dinner, and to offer suggestions for activities during our unscheduled time. Cannot recommend Juan and his team enough!

We had an amazing time. we were a group of 25 people. Juan Pablo was the greatest help for our tour. He organised everything super well. Everything ran super smooth. He booked amazing restaurants and was extremely helpful and accommodating every single need. He even went above and beyond to help a friend who had forgot his passport and needed to change his flight. I would highly recommend, great experience !
