7 Days of Retreat & Yoga

Leave the routine of your daily life and come home. Come home to what you already have and already know. Oftentimes, the obligations and routines of our daily life challenge our ability to connect with our inner wisdom.

The practices of yoga, meditation, journal writing, and discussion will, throughout the week, will help guide us back to the place within each one of us which is our home base.

Our intention is to provide an opportunity to find the tranquil space within via the practices of yoga, meditation and mindfulness. During our twice daily scheduled time together, we will weave these practices together, so that the physical practice of yoga may become the metaphor for the inner journey

This Costa Rica retreat naturally offers the silence, space and beauty to slow down, tune in, connect and journey home to the wisdom necessary to do your life’s work. Yoga is used as the organic metaphor for life experiences. Away from the busyness and routines, a new rhythm arises; A rhythm woven with movement, nurturing and deep connection. Challenge, feel and connect to the wisdom always available and already within you. 

Daily practices of mindfulness, meditation and journaling will be easily incorporated beyond the retreat environment. Take home with you the ability to connect amidst the storm of life’s challenges and beauty. 

We have a wide variety of lodging options at Casas Kismet to meet your needs. There are two main buildings that house the accommodations, the Dharma and Karma buildings. Each offers different options.

PRIVATE SUITES FOR COUPLES AND INDIVIDUALS

Our private suites are for couples traveling together or for individual travelers wanting more privacy. The suites are priced per room and booked as a single reservation.

Dharma Penthouse Ocean View King Suite (Booked for two guests traveling together) - Beautiful private suite with King Bed (can be turned into two twins if preferred) with views of the ocean. This top-floor suite above the yoga studio features a private bathroom and shares a large living space and kitchen with one other private suite. Enjoy the afternoon on your huge private patio with comfy seating and the ocean breeze.  Perfect for couples or friends traveling together! This suite is booked as one reservation for two people in the same room. 

Dharma Penthouse Jungle View King Suite (Booked for two guests traveling together) - Beautiful private suite with King Bed (can be turned into two twins if preferred) with wonderful jungle views. This top-floor suite above the yoga studio features a private bathroom and shares a large living space and kitchen with one other private suite. Enjoy the afternoon on your huge patio with comfy seating and the ocean breeze.  Perfect for couples or friends traveling together!

This suite is booked as one reservation for two people in the same room. 

Karma Penthouse Ocean View King Suite (Booked for two guests traveling together) - Beautiful private suite with a King Bed and amazing views of the ocean. This top-floor suite features a private bathroom and shares a large living space and kitchen with two other private Karma suites. Enjoy your afternoon on the large patio with comfy seating and the ocean breeze.  Perfect for couples or friends traveling together! This suite is booked as one reservation for two people in the same room. 

Karma Penthouse Ocean View Single Suite (Private Suite for One Guest) - Beautiful private suite with a Queen Bed and views of the ocean. This top-floor suite shares a large living space, bathroom, and kitchen with two other Karma private suites. The restroom is shared with the Jungle View suite. Enjoy the afternoon on your large patio with comfy seating and the ocean breeze.  A perfect option for guests wanting a little more privacy and space during their retreat. A second guest can be added if desired for an additional fee.

Karma Penthouse Jungle View Single Suite  (Private Suite for One Guest) - Beautiful private suite with a Full-size bed and lush jungle views. This top-floor private suite shares a large living space, bathroom, and kitchen with two other Karma private suites. The restroom is shared with the Ocean view single suite. Enjoy the afternoon on your large patio with comfy seating and the ocean breeze. A perfect option for guests wanting a little more privacy and space during their retreat.

SHARED COMMUNITY-STYLE ACCOMMODATIONS

Our Shared community-style rooms are booked individually (per bed) and are shared spaces.

Dharma Shared Deluxe Suite - Female Only - (Booked Individually) - This large dorm-style room features 6 separate twin beds available to individual travelers. We are limiting this suite to female participants only. The suite features a large living space, a full kitchen, and a private restroom (shared with the entire suite) - Walk out your front door directly into the open-air yoga studio and enjoy breathtaking views of the ocean and surrounding jungle.

Karma Shared Suite 1 - Female Only - (Booked Individually) - Beautiful suite with 4 twin beds with amazing views overlooking the pool. Each shared suite features a restroom and small kitchen area as well as a large outdoor patio to enjoy the jungle spaces. Booked individually and priced per person. Female only.

Karma Shared Suite 2 - Co-Ed - (Booked Individually) - Beautiful suite with 4 twin beds with amazing views overlooking the pool. Each shared suite features a restroom and small kitchen area as well as a large outdoor patio to enjoy the jungle spaces. Booked individually and priced per person. This is a co-ed shared suite.
