Be a better diver !
Duration : 1 day
Description : The Peak Performance Buoyancy Speciality course fine-tunes the basic buoyancy skills learned in the Open Water Diver course to achieve better control, allowing you to glide effortlessly, use less air, and observe marine life without causing damage or disturbance. Your instructor will teach you how to :
Determine the exact minimum weight needed, ensuring you're not over-weighted, which is a common problem for new divers.
Master the proper distribution (trim) of your weight and gear to achieve a horizontal, streamlined body position in the water.
Reach Neutral Buoyancy by using only subtle breath control, without constant BCD adjustments.
Move smoothly and efficiently through the water, by fining/kicking techniques, which conserves energy and air.
Day 1: 2 Open water dives
