* Gordon Rocks can have strong currents, and we require divers to have more than 25 dives experience to go there. If you have less than 25 dives please consult with us before booking this site.

* If you have children under 16 years old Academy Bay Diving requires them to have a private guide due to the unpredictability of the currents in Galapagos.

Please come to our office to try your equipment on the afternoon before your first dive between 5-6pm.

Please be at the Academy Bay Dive center at 6.55am for a 7am departure each day.

This was simply an exceptional trip which exceeded all are expectations! We have visited several islands during our trip including Bartolome, Espanola, North Seymour, Santa Fe as well as did diving and snorkelling at Kicker Rock. Each and every single island was simply extraordinary, offering beautiful scenery and a wide variety of wildlife including marine and land iguanas, tortoises and sea turtles, sea lions, penguins, hundreds of birds including the blue footed booby, black & white tip sharks, hammerheads - I did feel like a Cristoforo Colombo making a new discovery / encounter each day. Our guides were very knowledgeable and each trip was organised to perfection. Thank you Alice Bartlett at Academy Bay Diving for helping me organise the trip of our lifetime ! This is one of a kind trip for nature lovers and photographers !

I had i great time. Diving was very good. Nice spots and equipment was good. Good space on the boat with not to many people on the trip. Academy Bay Diving arranged a very good packed for me with different things to do the week I was on the Galapagos. Very helpful people at the Academy bay diving. Can absolute recommend them for booking a stay on the Galapagos.
