      Registration fee is refundable for two weeks after registration (so you can confirm your plans: vacation time, pet coverage, etc.) After the two weeks it is non-refundable

     Registration fee is separate from the cruise fare, is paid directly to Alt Esc and is not included in your final payment balance.

With 'Dance the Atlantic' being a very unique event sailing, 'group bookings' are not usually accepted. So, your reservation will be made directly with Cunard as an independent reservation. Once registered and we post final payment, all reservations will be linked together for on-board planning such as dining, events, activities, etc. So we will be a group on-board.

You will register with Alt Esc ($100 registration fee) and they will get your reservation all set up with Cunard. Using the credit card information you provide during registration, your cabin will be secured with the deposit payment.

As final payment date approaches, Alt Esc will reach out to confirm the payment information we have on record to ensure it is the correct payment type to be used for final payment. You can update the payment type in your registration at any time between registration and final payment. 

Then Alt Esc will use that payment information to pay the final payment to Cunard.

Other than your registration fee - PLEASE DO NOT MAKE PAYMENTS ON WETRAVEL. This will create additional credit card fees which you will be required to pay.
