This course is essential for divers who wish to dive deeper than 60 feet and explore deeper dive sites safely and confidently maximum depth 130 ft. Course Description:
The Deep Diving Specialty course focuses on the knowledge and skills required to plan and execute dives deeper than 60 feet to 130 ft maximum. You’ll learn about the physiological effects of deeper diving, how to manage your gas supply, and the use of specialized equipment. This course includes four deep dives, giving you ample opportunity to practice your skills and explore the fascinating deeper dive sites of Cozumel.

Day 1: Theory and Initial Dives
- Morning: Classroom session covering deep dive theory, safety procedures, and dive planning.
- Midday: Complete two deep dives, practicing depth management and safety protocols.
- Afternoon: Review and debriefing with your instructor.
Day 2: Advanced Deep Dives - Morning: Briefing and preparation for the day’s dives.
- Midday: Conduct two additional deep dives, refining your techniques and exploring deeper underwater environments.
- Afternoon: Return to the dive center for debriefing and certification completion.
