About this trip

Perfect senior trip on the heels of a long, successful basketball season, COVID and in general - 13 years of school. It was the perfect blend of plenty to do as well as ample downtime. Our guide, Mickey was wonderful!  Nice, calm, adaptable and organized. I would go again!

So glad we decided to take this trip. I don’t sleep well in a vehicle and that made me extra tired. Even with no sleep I’d do it all over again.  The bus drivers were so much fun. Friendly, courteous(especially if you need a bathroom break) we had a blast. And NYC was amazing at Christmas time. We had never been and it easily lived up to our expectations. I recommend Martin Tours because from start to finish it couldn’t have been any smoother. Love it!

We enjoyed this trip so much!  Our bus driver Tim was the best and our tour director Debbie was awesome!  Some of the planned visits were closed due to the pandemic, but Debbie was able to reschedule us and take us to even better places.  Loved visiting the islands.  Would definitely recommend!! Pam Cox is unbelievably great. She was made for this job. We all got tired of food courts but I’m sure it’s hard to please everyone. This was our second trip to Washington and loved it!

We had a good time! Met some nice people. The bus driver and tour guide were great. The travel time was too long in northern Indiana. Needed more time on Mackinac Island.

We understand that these are tough times for everyone.  We are in the process of determining what refunds we will receive from our vendors.  Once that amount is confirmed, we will issue a refund.  Please understand that we pay invoices in advance and are not always able to get full refunds for last minute cancellations.  We hope that you are able to travel with us in the future!       

I believe that having so many on the tour risked exposing us to Delta Covid. So we cancelled. Martin Tours refunded 2/3 of the total, keeping money that they had spent on deposits. I greatly appreciate this because contractually they did not have to refund at all. I have travelled with them before and will again.

The Pacific Northwest tour was wonderful. Although 21 days is a lot and more than I usually travel, each day brought something new and interesting. The days flew by. Time on the motor coach was always fun with games, movies and beautiful scenery. Because of COVID, nature (a rockslide cancelled one stop) and other things there were a few minor problems.  However, our escort, PamCox, handled each one wonderfully. We got to see and do some things not on the original schedule.  I met a motor coach full of the most wonderful people. Looking forward to more Martin tours!
