Our tour director, Debbie L., did a great job of directing us, planning our stops, and giving us information about sights along the way. Tim, our bus driver, was very confident, relaxed and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our walk-on guide, Luke. He gave us a lot of information about the city. We had a lot of places to go to but also down time to look around on our own. This was a great trip for us both!

This trip was spectacular! Debbie L. made the trip with a fun filled, action packed itinerary. New York was amazing! To see the magnificent wonders of the city, Time Square, along with the Broadway Show, "Alladin", The 911 Memorial, Central Park, Bryant Park, Empire State Building, St. Patrick Cathedral, Little Italy, Chinatown and the History of the City was breathtaking. We actually saw a marathon in progress. "Strawberry Fields" and "Imagine" Memorials for John Lennon and the Dakota where his life was ended way too soon, truly heart wrenching. Luke the guide that took us through more history of New York was so informative. The Ferry rides to the New Jersey side to visit Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty, truly a site to behold! Martin Tours always exceed our expectations! The celebration of my 65th milestone was made very memorable by Tim (the driver), Debbie L. and the travel mates of our trip. Tim made our trip so comfortable, fun and at ease. He makes traveling so much more laid back for us. We appreciate Tim's skillset for maneuvering through New York (we never want to hear another horn blow), the fun and his humor on this trip kept the sights interesting. We appreciate everyone with Martin Tours for their attentiveness that goes into planning these trips! Martin Tours and their crew are allowing us to see sites that we have never seen. The New York Trip was a 5 star! Our 6th trip is coming up in July and the anticipation for us is overwhelming. Thank you, Mason and Alice Humphreys

We did not see a Broadway play, it was an Off Broadway (42nd Steet play, Aladdin) play. Bus Driver - Tim, Friendly, great driver, late p/u 2 times in NYC. (probably acceptable?) The 3 minute rule of law about running the bus, made life miserable for us when you want to come back to the bus a little early to sit down, but the temp in the bus had to be over 100 degrees, since it was low 90,s outside, which made the trips outside almost unbearable. Tour Guide - Debbi L., Very knowledgeable, friendly, put a lot of thought into entertaining us on the bus. Would ask for her again. The trip was more physical than I expected. Maybe you could consider picking up luggage from the door of our rooms and delivering the luggage back to the bus. I have had that on another bus tour.

We had a fantastic time on this trip! Debbie L was a very knowledgeable tour guide and always told the history of the sight or attraction along with personal experiences. She was always organized, prepared and kept everyone on track. Tim always had a good story or joke to keep us entertained along the route. Luke the New York guide showed the sights despite an unforeseen hick up or two and was ready with all the information we needed to learn about the area. If you want to see NYC but not have the hassles of traffic TAKE THIS TRIP! It was so much fun!! Can’t wait for my next trip with Martin!
