I recently took a bus tour to Shipshewana, Frankenmuth and Mackinac Island, and it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The tour was well organized, and our guide and driver kept everything running smoothly while making the trip enjoyable and stress free.

I enjoyed our bus driver and our tour manager, debbie. Both were friendly and i think everyone on the bus got to know each other and enjoyed each other's company. Everyone got along. I like how debbie used a raggedy ann doll to note which side of passengers would unload first. It was done fairly and everyone sat in different areas. A big complaint that I have is that we were asked not to use the bus bathroom unless you had an emergency. She explained that the reserve tank had a leak. That should be fixed before the trip. I did end up with diareah for two days and it really made me nervous with the bathroom situation. I took a trip last October with Martin and was told the same thing. So it isn't just a 1xtime thing. I would have rather skipped the Amish country and had 2 days at mackinac Island. 1 day wasn't enough. Was disappointed that we didn't get to bronners Christmas store till 4:30pm. We only had 1 hour there and that wasn't enough time. I liked the motels. Didn't enjoy the food at the German restaurant. Enjoyed the games and movie and comedy show on our travels. Helped pass the time.

My group and I had a wonderful time touring Michigan with the Martin Tour Company, and the experience exceeded our expectations! Our tour guide, Debbie, was absolutely outstanding. She did a superior job organizing every detail of our trip, making sure everything ran smoothly from beginning to end. From our unforgettable visit to beautiful Mackinac Island to all the other wonderful stops along the way, Debbie kept us informed, on schedule, and stress-free. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and always had a smile on her face. It was obvious she genuinely cared about making sure everyone had a great time. If you are considering a tour with Martin Tour Company, I highly recommend it - and if you are fortunate enough to have Debbie as your guide (and Shane Mager as your bus driver), you are in for an exceptional experience. We had a wonderful trip to Mackinaw Island! The driver Shane and tour guide Debbie L were the best. This was w our 5th trip with Martin's and will definitely be going on more. We recommend Martin's to all our friends.
