The most incredible experience. Full emotions retreat is a well organised event. Down to the little details like assigning bikes, group chat updates, attire. The spin classes were epic with an epic view, the food provided was perfect! We stayed well hydrated thanks to the sponsors and the workers who knew when to offer drinks. Every day was intentional and I’m so grateful for the hosts for making us feel safe and seen. 10/10 recommend!
