About this trip
A magical trip to explore the wonders of Peru. It is divided into two parts, first we will do rural community tourism in the Amazon and then we will discover the Peruvian Andes.
PART 1 - COMMUNITY FOCUSED TOURISM
Rural community tourism is an experience in which travellers are integrated sustainably with the rural environment and developed by local citizen organizations for the benefit of the community. This tour focuses on supporting these initiative which not only provide income, but also uplift cultural preservation of indigenous communities. It breaks down barriers to engage underserved communities in meaningful, life-changing ways.
PART 2 - THE PERUVIAN ANDES

I loved my time at Casa Alma! It was such a relaxing and peaceful experience. It's in a wonderful neighborhood with delicious restaurants nearby and beautiful flowers to enjoy during your morning walk. I will certainly be back!

LOVED EVERY MINTUE OF THE TRIP EXCEPT THE HEAT N THE AMAZON,LOL. Kim and Alex were wonderful pulling some of us along through thick and thin. had it so well planned out despite a few of us getting sick even!! looking forward to another trip with them in 2026???

What an amazing adventure Kim and Alma Travel just took us on!! The country, the people, the food, and especially the company….couldn’t ask for any better. Having the comfort of knowing that Kim has taken care of everything, literally everything, allows you the freedom to focus on the experience surrounding you. Her knowledge, and true admiration of the country is infectious. There are lots of thoughtful surprises along the way as well. And on top of all the extra special care Kim provides…she is just a lot of fun to hang with! Looking forward to my next adventure with Alma Travel❤️

Another fabulous travel experience with Alma Travel to all 3 areas of Peru, the coast, the Amazon and the Andes
Met wonderful like minded travellers who are now friends, had so much fun, laughed loads, experienced things I had only ever dreamed of, shed a tear when I saw Machu Picchu
So many additional surprises arranged that were amazing
Accommodation, food and travel fantastic
