**COVID-19 UPDATE**

Due to the current country's status, the dive operator must adhere to stricter rules to include the following:  serve all meals and drinks on paper products and abide by stricter cleaning rules by increasing the cleaning frequency.  These translate to their increased costs.  As a result, to continue to operate without taking on additional financial losses - they are adding an additional $100 fee which is now included in the overall purchase price reflected.  Their intent is to drop this fee for future trips back to the normal pricing as the government's guidance permits returning to their normal operating procedures. 

Compressed Air Package previously $585 is now $685.

Enriched Air Package previously $650 is now $750.

All funds collected as of NOW are NON-REFUNDABLE - unless the dive operator cancels for any reason.

**COVID-19 UPDATE**

Dive the Flower Garden Banks which are located in the middle of the Gulf of Mexico, 100 miles away from land, and rising from the ocean floor are salt domes which house a gorgeous community of pristine coral and other sea life. It is a marine sactuary that was discovered by fishermen in the 1800s.  Due to the amazing color seen from the boats, it became known as the Flower Gardens.  You will see 200+ fish species.  Dive this amazing sanctuary with us on the MV Fling, a 100' liveaboard.  Weather permitting, you may get up to 7 dives in 2 short days.  If you have any questions, please call our shop at 210.718.0868 or email us info@sascubashack.com.

* All divers, at a minimum, must be Open Water certified.

* If electing "Enriched (EANX) Air" option, an Enriched Air Diver certification is REQUIRED.

* Surface Marker Buoy (SMB/Safety Sausage) is REQUIRED on ALL dives.

* All divers must print, complete and board with signed waiver.

* For ANY medical conditions, a Medical Release is REQUIRED with a signed medical authorization.

* The $100 deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.

* FULL refund available only if dive operator cancels trip due to bad weather or government orders stemming from COVID-19.

* Payments received after deposit are non-refundable AFTER May 9, 2020.  

* Cancellation by diver after May 9, 2020 will forfeit funds.  Credit toward a future trip is not available.

* Course purchases are non-refundable after class has started and/or books have been written-in. 

During this trip we will offer limited courses at a discounted rate of $55 off.  What a great time to receive some additional training and obtain some specialties!  Check out the courses listed under "Available Options ".

All courses will require bookwork preparation prior to starting the course by completing the Knowledge Review sections.  All bookwork must be completed prior to the start of the trip.  Please coordinate with the dive shop to schedule the academic reviews with an instructor. 

Course purchases does not guarantee specialty certification.  Student is still responsible to complete all bookwork and master associated skills.

NOTE:  Some courses may require additional equipment rental or purchases.

Diver's Alert Network (DAN) insurance is recommended.  DAN membership is required before their insurance products may be purchased.  Dive Accident Insurance is strongly recommended.  Become a DAN member here.

Boarding begins at 7:30 pm FRIDAY night.  The boat leaves PROMPTLY at 8:30 pm from Freeport, TX from the following address:

We will explore the reefs by doing up to 5 dives.  4 dives during the day, then finish day with a night dive.  All of the dives are self-guided, however we will have a shop representative that you are free to tag and follow along.

We will dive in again for 2 more morning dives before heading home.  This gives us an opportunity to see whatever we missed the day before.  Perhaps even something new!  The MV Fling will return to dock between 5pm and 6pm on Sunday.
