We had a great day, with lots of snorkelling opportunities, beautiful fish, and with the highlight: swimming with dolphins. Pleasant guide and good care on board.

I took two trips with Grupo Galapagos. I had to make a last minute change on my itinerary and they accommodated me on a snorkeling tour to San Cristobal Island which turned out great. The office in Puerto Ayora took me a moment to find, but eventually did. The crew on the boat were excellent and the guide was helpful. The amount we saw snorkeling was incredible. The 2nd day was to Isabela island and logistically this one was a tad strange. Essentially they booked the high speed ferry to the Island where the tour then picked up. This day was even better than the first. The amount of wildlife seen, led by the Tortoises and se turtles, below me away. Isabela was incredible..

Super fun day! Met new "friends"! Great crew and Nicholas our guide was awesome. Delicious lunch and refreshments on board. Loved seeing the hammerhead sharks (which was on my "to see" list) while snorkeling at Kicker Rock!! Other amazing wildlife observed from the boat and the water. Overall an incredible adventure and a marvelous way to spend the day. Well worth the cost!

Not a very good experience with Grupo Galapagos. The evening before, we had to come to the office. People over there didn't speak english at all. There was only one guy who could speak the language a bit. The day after, we had our first trip. We were all on time and went to the harbour by car. There, we had to wait for 3 hours. The guide didn't communicate, only if we asked questions. But she didn't give much information. We were not happy at all and wanted our money back! After 3 hours of getting frustrated and angry, we could suddenly go on the boat. What was actually the problem? We didn't know. After all, we could see the things we wanted to see. But the food was not good at all. It was our first trip and the most expensive one of all our trips. In the end, I can say that it was the one worst organised! Also, no compensation from Grupo Galapagos for all the waiting... No excuses... Very very very sad!

It was a safe flight. The pilot didnt leave the ground before the airplane was totally set to fly. It is a good choice to save time and the views are amazing
