the day before Tour Isabela a lot of problems. the next one I had the Tour to Bartolomé Island scheduled: canceled the previous evening with no possibility of making up for it with another operator. I have no words to describe the total unreliability of this agency. only positive note: they were prompt with the refund of the fee.

Totally unreliable organization. Although I had paid for the registration about a month in advance, I was not on the boarding lists of the boats either on the outward journey or even on the return. I was not even on the guide list waiting for us at Isabela Island. It was possible to remedy the last moment thanks to the girl's commitment to the reception and the guide.

I can't say enough good things about this trip! The guide, Darwin (?) was absolutely fantastic. We got to see so many incredible animals, even a surprise (HUGE) manta ray! He had so much good information and made sure that we all got to see all of the cool animals. He got great pictures and videos of us and the animals too! This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime trip, and I would recommend it to anyone!

We had a great time

It was an unforgettable experience. The weather was nice, the politeness and attention of the staff were remarkable. Time management was also well done to keep the activity punctual without delays. I was impressed with the supportive staff such like the cook, boat captain and the junior gentleman who really showed their ability to make a safe and happy trip.
