Very welcoming and extremely helpful team. The hotel is a warm, relaxing place to spend a few days. We so enjoyed the cheerful ambience and freshly prepared delicious buffet meals. Thank you to everyone there.

We had a great experience. Comfortable accommodations, great view from our room and good food! Food service and front desk were very very helpful. Love being around all the animals on the grounds (dogs & horses). Shout out to Miguel, Alex and Cesar for the fantastic hiking experience.

En primer lugar, queremos informarle al guía que no hicimos la excursión de avistamiento de ballenas con Solo Expediciones, pero que vimos ballenas en el Fuerte Bulnes al final del día. ¡Fue un sueño! ¡No nos lo esperábamos y nos regalaron un espectáculo así! Respecto a nuestra estancia, ¡no sé ni por dónde empezar porque todo fue perfecto! Nuestra habitación tenía vistas al lago y podíamos ver las Torres desde la ventana. Su sala de estar, cálida y acogedora, con las chimeneas encendidas por la mañana y al atardecer, hizo que nos costara irnos. ¡Nos encantó el detalle de las mesas con nuestros nombres! La deliciosa comida y su amabilidad nos hacen desear volver pronto a visitarlos. Gracias por todo y esperamos verlos pronto.

Hotel del Paine was a wonderful experience. For us on a motorbike the trip of getting to the hotel was already unforgettable. The sunset on the Torres del Paine looked like a photoshopped photograph. Staff was very friendly, food delicious and accommodation was real nice.
