Excellent! We were very well taken care of by everyone! Everyone was so kind and polite. I would especially like to praise Maximiliano Valdivieso and Alberto Ocampo, who were excellent guides! We have never experienced such kindness and courtesy as Alberto showed us, and Max’s knowledge and attentiveness were equally incredible! They helped us spot pumas on two consecutive days! Max Valdivieso even went out of his way to help me, along with a friend, resolve a problem I had with fuel. Rafaela, the chef, was also incredibly kind and even prepared a special meal for my daughter! Once again, EVERYONE was exceptional!
