We really enjoyed our experience at the Hotel del Paine! The staff was wonderful and answered all of our questions before the trip via email and during the trip at the front desk. The view was incredible! There were people who could help us understand the hikes within Torres Del Paine National Park which was very helpful. There were also large maps hanging on the walls to see everything. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was warm and strong. The dinners and breakfasts were delicious and had a lot of choices for all courses. We were able to enjoy our meals at our own pace which was relaxing. There were only 2 minor things related to the food that we wished could be improved. It would be nice if the 'hot' food at dinner could be kept warmer than it was and the boxed breakfast sandwich was a little dry for our tastes - maybe request a different bread than the roll. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling to the Torres del Paine National Park area.

Hotel has a gratis location next to Serrano River. We had a room in the main house. They are spacious but need a renovation, especially the very neglected bathrooms dated back maybe to the 1980's. The plumbing didn't work and we had blockings. There are rooms in cabins, they seem newer but these we cannot judge. Upon check-in we had a problem with the wrong room-type but this was solved. Food was good, we were on halfboard and breakfast and dinner always as buffet. Service was friendly. For us it was not a good the value for money,

Comfortable rooms in a spectacular setting. Lovely helpful staff. Food was what we expected from a hotel buffet. Location can’t be beat for access to the National Park.
