About this trip
Ski the unforgettable resort of Vail, Colorado. Vail is reputed to be one of the largest ski resorts in the Rockies and one of the earliest to get snow. The famous back bowls have something for everyone. The Epic ski lift pass also includes Beaver Creek ski resort and there's a daily bus service for those who wish to sample that experience.
Enjoy the twinkling lights of Vail village in the runup to Christmas with its pedestrian friendly streets, shops. Dine in high class restaurants.
Accommodation in Lionshead Village
Stay in three or two bedroom condos in Vail International with all amenities including hot tub; walking distance to the lifts, restaurants, rental shops.

Lift Tickets
Vail is on the Epic pass. Epic day passes or Epic passes can be purchased in the spring until opening day from the Epic website. In the Fall passes will be able to be purchased from https://passes.ski.com/marcie-passes.
Cancellation policy
Before August 15, full refund
Between August 15 and October 1, $400 refund
After October 1 no refund
Ground transportation is not included
Ground transportation from Denver or Eagle-Vail airports can be booked through Epic Mountain Express. A public bus service exists from Eagle-Vail airport to Vail.

Have you paid your 2025/26 season dues? If not, GO BACK and click on PAY DUES prior to trying to sign up for a trip.

Available Packages
Double room $750 per person.
Please indicate name of room mate.
If available, the club will assign a room mate for members wishing to share a twin room. If there are no others requesting to share, the club will notify the member who will have the option of paying the single room rate.
