Upon arrival, guests will check into their luxurious suites and settle into a space designed for restoration and comfort. Take a deep breath, unpack, and allow yourself to transition from the outside world into retreat mode.
The evening begins with a beautifully curated Welcome Slumber Dinner featuring a special guest appearance by Chef Marlon, who will prepare an unforgettable gourmet dining experience crafted to nourish, delight, and set the tone for the weekend ahead. Expect bold flavors, intentional ingredients, and a dinner designed to awaken the senses while grounding the body.
Following dinner, guests will gather for an intimate meet and greet — an opportunity to connect, align intentions, and build community with fellow retreaters.
For those ready to fully unplug, a voluntary self-check-in of electronics will be offered, creating space for deeper presence and restoration.

Move slowly. Eat well. Nap often.
Spend the day enjoying nourishing meals, serene views of the Potomac River, hammock lounging, journaling, or simply doing nothing at all. For 2026, we’re adding exclusive private aerial yoga meditations for deep release and playful suspension, plus a signature sound bowl float meditation by the pool — allowing you to drift as healing vibrations reset your nervous system.
Bikram Yoga and Yoga Nidra remain available for those who crave heat, movement, or deep stillness.
Day Two is about giving yourself full permission to slow down and fully restore.
Day Three is a soft, powerful landing.
Ease into the morning with guided meditation, grounding breathwork, and one final rejuvenating yoga session to seal in your transformation. For those craving contrast and clarity, optional ice baths offer a bold, invigorating reset for the body and mind.
Throughout the morning, indulge in restorative napping, quiet reflection, or journaling about the peace, nourishment, and breakthroughs experienced during the retreat.
Massages are available as an add-on for those who want to leave fully melted, aligned, and restored.
