Indulge in delicious, nourishing meals designed to fuel your body while enjoying the luxury of intentional rest and all-day relaxation. Our thoughtfully curated schedule features invigorating Bikram Yoga sessions to energize and strengthen you during the day, followed by calming Yoga Nidra practices at night to release stress and tension.

This summer, we are elevating the experience with special surprises in store, including sound bath float meditations, private aerial yoga sessions by the Potomac River, and additional curated experiences designed to restore and inspire you.

With a focus on creating a serene and peaceful environment that encourages napping, deep restoration, and truly restful sleep, this retreat is your invitation to reset, recharge, and reconnect with yourself.

LET’S EAT — 2026 Summer Edition Welcome Slumber Dinner Experience

The 2026 EAT. SLEEP. RETREAT. opens with intention, elegance, and elevated summer energy.

Upon arrival, guests will check into their luxurious suites and settle into a space designed for restoration and comfort. Take a deep breath, unpack, and allow yourself to transition from the outside world into retreat mode.

The evening begins with a beautifully curated Welcome Slumber Dinner featuring a special guest appearance by Chef Marlon, who will prepare an unforgettable gourmet dining experience crafted to nourish, delight, and set the tone for the weekend ahead. Expect bold flavors, intentional ingredients, and a dinner designed to awaken the senses while grounding the body.

Following dinner, guests will gather for an intimate meet and greet — an opportunity to connect, align intentions, and build community with fellow retreaters.

For those ready to fully unplug, a voluntary self-check-in of electronics will be offered, creating space for deeper presence and restoration.

As the night unfolds, choose your wind-down ritual:

  • An invigorating Bikram Yoga session to sweat, release, and reset

  • A deeply soothing Yoga Nidra experience to calm the nervous system and ease into stillness

The evening concludes with chamomile tea, ambient meditation sounds, and an atmosphere designed for complete surrender into rest.

LET’S SLEEP — 2026 Summer Edition Nap Day Elevated

Day Two of EAT. SLEEP. RETREAT. is dedicated to intentional rest and elevated restoration.

Move slowly. Eat well. Nap often.

Spend the day enjoying nourishing meals, serene views of the Potomac River, hammock lounging, journaling, or simply doing nothing at all. For 2026, we’re adding exclusive private aerial yoga meditations with Ariel Taylor, for deep release and playful suspension, plus a signature sound float meditation by the pool — allowing you to drift as healing vibrations reset your nervous system.

Bikram Yoga and Yoga Nidra remain available for those who crave heat, movement, or deep stillness.

We'll enjoy an evening bonfire with smores for the nightowls.

Day Two is about giving yourself full permission to slow down and fully restore.

Day Three is a soft, powerful landing.

Ease into the morning with guided meditation, grounding breathwork, and one final rejuvenating yoga session to seal in your transformation. For those craving contrast and clarity, optional ice baths offer a bold, invigorating reset for the body and mind.

Throughout the morning, indulge in restorative napping, quiet reflection, or journaling about the peace, nourishment, and breakthroughs experienced during the retreat.

Massages are available as an add-on for those who want to leave fully melted, aligned, and restored.

Savor one final intentional meal, take in the stillness one last time, and honor the elevated version of yourself you’re returning home as.
