This retreat is an intentional pause. It’s for people who want to move their bodies, get outside, have fun, and still go deep.
You don’t need to be a yogi. You don’t need to be a surfer. You just need to be open to trying things, resting when you need to, and showing up as you are.
Set in El Zonte, El Salvador, this retreat blends daily movement and mindfulness with adventure, rest, and time in nature. El Zonte sits along one of the most consistent surf coastlines in the world, offering waves for everyone—from first-time surfers to seasoned, advanced riders.
Beyond the ocean, jungle, small-town life, and a sense of ease make it easy to unplug, move your body, and enjoy being outside without pressure or pretense.
This is not a silent retreat.
It’s not bootcamp.
It’s not performative wellness.
It’s movement, nature, good food, ocean time, nervous system reset, and space to actually enjoy yourself while doing it. And, of course, authentic human connection.

Airport transfer from San Salvador International Airport (SAL) to Essencia Nativa Hotel + Surf School
A delicious breakfast buffet and one additional meal from Essencia Nativa full menu (including beverage of your choice)
Mornings: vinyasa yoga, somatics, pilates, strength, or mobility. Evenings: yin yoga, yoga nidra, meditation, reflection/integration. Each day is customized to group's vibes :)
An adventurous group excursion and hike to a beautiful waterfall guided by a local. Transportation included.
24/7 on-site retreat facilitation and coordination
International airfare and transportation from your home to your departure airport not included.
Optional add-on experiences like surf lessons, ATVs, horseback riding, and massages are not included, but are available for an additional fee. Highly encouraged, but optional.
If you prefer to purchase travel insurance, you can. But this is not included with retreat attendance.
Any personal expenses are subject to the attendee to cover at their own discretion.

Natalia is a NYC-based body-mind coach who integrates yoga, breathwork, somatic practices, strength training, and mindset coaching to support lasting, embodied transformation. She is a 500hr certified yoga teacher trained in vinyasa and yin; a therapeutic and functional breathwork facilitator; and trauma-informed through Hope Ignited , with ongoing professional training in somatic therapy through Somatic Experiencing International.
Her work blends movement, breath, stillness and neurolinguistic coaching to help clients regulate the nervous system, reshape internal dialogue, and reconnect with their innate inner wisdom. Rooted in the belief that there is always time to change our narrative, Natalia guides students to cultivate self-trust and harmony by turning inward. Her offerings create space for strength and softness, effort and surrender--supporting the most important relationship of all: the relationship to self.
