Day 2: Morning movement and meditation in our main yoga space, full of all props you need to be comfortable (75min)
Breakfast on the ranch to begin our day on the property. Choose from walking, kayaking, paddlboarding, reading in a hammock, and taking in the breathtaking scenery. A healthy lunch served on our deck.
We meet up again for an afternoon somatic practice (75 min), dinner under the stars, fireside time, and time for star gazing
