You'll be welcomed on Friday to a nourishing space with a traditional Low Country Boil dinner and supportive conversation around the table. Afterwards, relax and reflect on your intention for the weekend through a somatic yoga and journaling practice.
On Saturday, we'll explore how Human Design offers a lens to better understand how you’re wired. Taught by guest instructor Viony Medlin. From there, you'll learn to use simple creative practices to embody the insights you've gained.
Enjoy free time Saturday afternoon and evening. Grab a friend for dinner at a nearby restaurant or walk the beach. End the day with a meditative practice that soothes your nervous system and prepares your body for deeper rest.
Close the circle Sunday through movement and reflection. Then, enjoy a hearty brunch and a final walk on the beach before departing for home rested, relaxed, and more yourself.
Throughout the weekend, you’ll be held in a small circle of women. There will be space for quiet connection, shared meals, and gentle conversation. Most meals are included, as well as free time to rest, walk the beach, or explore the area.
