EMBRACE NEWNESS - Overcoming Fears, Challenges & Obstacles

This retreat is for individuals who want to DISCOVER what they really want in life and GAIN CLARITY to move in the direction of their desires . We will dive into a BOOK together as a tool to assist in the process. Participants will EXPLORE what they want; how to make intentional decisions that support their wants; develop a viable PLAN to OVERCOME any fears, challenges or obstacles; explore NEW opportunities and adventures and develop a new awareness of self and others.

You will gain POWER in knowing that you are not alone while having a safe space that allows you to get to know yourself on a deeper level.

You will be SUPPORTED by certified coaches as you gain the tools and resources to continue to help you overcome daily obstacles.

After developing your individual plan, you will EXECUTE the plan one step at a time. We will INTENTIONALLY explore at least 1 new thing together as a group. We will create and practice a NEW MINDSET!

Belize Catamaran Day Sail
We will spend the day exploring Belize by see, leaving in the morning and returning in time for sunset and dinner. Today, hop aboard a luxury catamaran for a leisurely sail in style out to a nearby cay. Soak in the sea breeze while your capable and friendly crew raises the sails and plies you with cold beverages. Once at the island either relax or go for a guided snorkel tour. Enjoy a beach barbecue before raising the sails once more as you head west toward the setting sun over Placencia.

Don't forget to bring your hat, camera, sunscreen and sunglasses

Reflect on activities of yesterday, share thoughts, feelings and ideas. Celebrate the progress you have made!

Morning activities and afternoon time to continue to explore yourself and the new country.

Join us for paddle boarding or aerial yoga. Discover new activities with the support and guidance needed for it to be a safe, yet exhilarating experience.

Evening meditation and intentional conversations continue. Take time to notice, process all of what you are experiencing, and what from this experience you wish to duplicate when you return home.

Kimberly humbly uses her life to inspire people to see the benefit of healthy living so they have the energy to pursue their goals and approach life with passion and purpose. Down-to-earth, inspirational, authentic, and tell-it-like-it-is would be words to describe her personality and approach to coaching. She loves to teach and deconstruct complicated topics in health, wellness, and life so everyone can understand, no matter the background or level of education. It was wonderful—great people and awesome experiences. We took Salsa and cooking classes, had great massages, visited Mayan ruins, strolled through the mangrove forest, and ended with an exciting kayak excursion. My room had an ocean view, making it easy to enjoy magnificent sunrises and moonlight over the waves. We saw a giant sea turtle laying her eggs at night on the beach. I returned rejuvenated with memories I will treasure.

This trip was absolutely amazing. The facilitators are knowledgeable and professionally skilled to help the group and each individual with improving self and setting personal and work-related goals. The facilities for the retreat are nestled in the beautiful mountains of Costa Rico. These arrangements are perfect for relaxation, connecting with people and meeting with a group. The culinary experience was over-the-top! The food was healthy, exciting and plentiful. The chefs are able to accommodate all dietary restrictions and modifications. The entire staff is exceptional in customer service. I am so glad I decided to go and recommend this experience and program without any reservation whatsoever.
