It was wonderful—great people and awesome experiences. We took Salsa and cooking classes, had great massages, visited Mayan ruins, strolled through the mangrove forest, and ended with an exciting kayak excursion. My room had an ocean view, making it easy to enjoy magnificent sunrises and moonlight over the waves. We saw a giant sea turtle laying her eggs at night on the beach. I returned rejuvenated with memories I will treasure.

This was my second trip with Embracing Newness and I was NOT disappointed! The Retreat staff helped to make the trip memorable. The brilliant beautiful women that thought it not robbery to share their thoughts, passions and dreams among the eleven of us was a treasure! Of course the nutritional meals reinforced my need to eat properly. The hike, meditations and coaching were added value to my life. Thank you for another wonderful experience!

Another amazing coaching and trip collaboration with Embracing Newness. This is my 3rd session and I am looking forward to many more! I've grown personally and professionally all while getting the opportunity to explore perfectly curated boutique resort/spa experiences.

This trip was absolutely amazing. The facilitators are knowledgeable and professionally skilled to help the group and each individual with improving self and setting personal and work-related goals. The facilities for the retreat are nestled in the beautiful mountains of Costa Rico. These arrangements are perfect for relaxation, connecting with people and meeting with a group. The culinary experience was over-the-top! The food was healthy, exciting and plentiful. The chefs are able to accommodate all dietary restrictions and modifications. The entire staff is exceptional in customer service. I am so glad I decided to go and recommend this experience and program without any reservation whatsoever.

My experience was beyond my expectations. The location, the facilities, the service was all over-the-top. The facilitators were considerate and sensitive to each person's needs. The planned activities were exemplary, encouraging all to reach for our very best selves. My participation led to clarity in how to achieve my goals and desires for myself. I believe retreats and vacations should be refreshing, breathing new life and energy into my mind, body and soul. This experience did just that!
