A Qi Gong Master Teacher, energy healer, meditation and breathing coach, and Chinese Medicine therapist. With years of experience, Maria guides individuals to align their energy and embrace holistic well-being through mindful movement and breath.
A Doctor in Cancer Research, Chinese & Japanese Acupuncturist, and Traditional Nutritionist. Gil specializes in helping people who want to heal themselves with challenges such as metabolic health, through seasonal foods, medicinal mushrooms and herbs.
Together, Maria and Gil offer a unique, science-backed, and holistic approach to rejuvenation and healing.

Windmill House (2 bedroom/2bath single or double options): Top floor bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and second double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, connected by a outdoor kitchen with access to the infinity pool overlooking the beach of Agios Georgios. Extra outdoor shower
Horizon House (2 bedroom/2 bath sold as singles): Top floor with ensuite bathroom, and a lower-floor bedroom with private adjacent bathroom. Features huge outdoor and indoor spaces: private patio, pool, immense rooftop lounge, and a hammock for extra comfort!
Hestia House (2 bedroom/1 bath sold as singles): Two single bedrooms sharing a bathroom. Has an outdoor dining area, hammock, and a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room for those afternoon siestas.
Farangi House (3 bedroom/2 bath sold as singles): One of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. Boasts a private pool, kitchen, and an outdoor dining area complete with a lookout from which to enjoy the views by day and stargazing by night.
Gerani (1 double bed/1 bath): The most exclusive/private of the homes, it is intended for either a couple, two close friends (sharing a bed), or a solo traveler hoping for privacy.

Please note: If you’re coming alone but would like to share a room with another participant from the retreat, rooms will be allocated on the same sex basis.
Spaces on the retreat are limited. Spaces will be allocated on a first come, first served basis and a non-refundable deposit (400 euro) is required to secure your spot.
Due to our need to commit to accommodation and other arrangements in advance, exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason. We do not offer credit for arriving late or leaving early.
The retreat takes place in Antiparos, which is the sister neighbor island of Paros, just 5 minutes away from Paros. All travel to Antiparos is done through Paros. To arrive in Paros, you can either take a short place from Athens to Paros Airport or by ferry from Piraeus to Paros Seaport in the town of Parikia.
Please note: the retreat will begin on Friday 10/10 in the morning and therefore you are required to arrive the night before to Greece in order to make it to the workshop in the morning. We recommend you already make your way to Paros, but should you wish to stay in Athens (which is a lovely city, please book a morning flight to Paros). We will help you with accommodation in either Athens or the Islands once you book your travels.
For travel by plane to Paros:
You must plan your trip, first, by flying to Athens International Airport. Please allow at least a 2-hour connection for the flight to Paros. There are at least 5 flights from Athens to Paros each day with either Olympic or Sky Express, starting from about 7:00am until early evening.
For travel by ferry to Paros:
Most suitable ferries leave from the port at Piraeus, which is about a 30-45 min. drive from the airport and a 30 min train or taxi ride from Athens city center. The ferry trip is 2.5 to 4 hours, depending on the company. There are also ferries from port of Rafina, close to the airport, to Paros. Here is a link to ferry information. www.ferryscanner.com
Getting to Antiparos:
It is highly recommended to rent a car in Paros and Antiparos. From Paros Airport or from Parikia Port, you drive to the port of Pounta, where you take a 5 min. ferry (with your car) to Antiparos.
