BANDHAS bring stability to the mind. They work at a much deeper and subtler level than asanas. They balance the elements and develop awareness at the level of the organs.
Bandhas purify, remove blockages and harmonise and balance the self.
Yoga practitioners perform bandhas to regulate and channel the flow of Prana, hoping to achieve several primary purposes: Purification. Removing blockages to energy flow. Keeping pranic energy from leaking out of the body into the atmosphere.
5 hours seminar including:
- what are the bandhas
- how to engage the bandhas to liberate your energy
- teachings methodology
- yoga practice
- e-book with teachings to support your integration
The course is taught via Zoom and the recording is available for people who cannot join on that day and time.
