This 4-day silent retreat offers a break from your noisy daily life and allows you to return to the essence of stillness.
Our lives are often busy, chaotic and loud. Our attention is pulled in many directions but inward. We have lost the ability to truly listen, both to others and to ourselves. We seem to have forgotten who we are, what we want, and what we really need.
To reestablish a connection with our authentic self, we need to pause. We need to learn to do less, so we can be more. The more present we are, the easier we can reconnect with the stillness that resides within. We only need to listen.

During this retreat Marije Paternotte will offer:
- Mindfulness meditation practices;
- an exploration of movement (Yang) and stillness (Yin), as well as breathing practices, to
elicit a wholesome expression of Chi in the body, fostering vitality and overall well-being;
- exercises to develop self-observation without judgment and foster compassion, through writing and conscious communication .
