Thank you for getting us to and from the resort and airport. It was very affordable and easy to book.

The initial ride because we had a round trip shuttle service was horrible. The driver made us wait 1 1/2 hour because someone got off the bus and disappeared then a woman got off looking for the individual who initially got off. It was horrible and I felt like we deserved a refund for that ride. There was another couple who also experienced this inconvenience due to the driver waiting and inconveniencing those who arrived on time. Did not even apologize or care that others had sat there which was not our fault or issie. The ride back to the airport driver was good. Definitely earned his tip.

Worst possible transfer in 25 years of using airport transportation all over the world. I will never use Holiday Services again and will be posting on multiple review websites just how bad the experience was for us. We endured a 45 minute wait before even boarding a bus, another 20 minute wait while on the bus, followed by stops at resorts where confused guests got off and back on. All in all four hours in the “care” of Holiday Services was simply awful, from rude desk personnel, the lying bus attendant and driver who required three attempts to navigate a hill. Never again.

The driver arrived on time,was polite and easy to talk to. Despite the delay with the last stop for the people at Grand Paladium, he maintained his composure and was able to get us to the airport safely. Would definitely reuse and recommend Holiday Services.

Had a great time and the conversation was lovely both to and from my destination.
