Photograph some of the most beautiful and exotic birds in the world at this private retreat in northern California. Birds are captive, but many are allowed to fly freely after extensive training. They are extremely well cared for.

I am a longtime photojournalist, with my images appearing in countless publications such as National Geographic Books and Sunset magazine. I taught photography for 20 years at Folsom Lake College and since 1999 I have conducted workshops in northern California and led many international trips.
