I felt really supported and held all weekend, and I had an unexpected breakthrough. The food was great. The people were amazing and there was a lot of love and encouragement present. Life changing. Full power. Eye opening and transformative. Maryn and Patrick are radiant examples of the divine masculine and feminine working in harmony for the upliftment of humanity. I learned the reasons and subtle energetics behind some life long patterning that has helped me shift into a new and healthy place. They held a very safe and loving container for many of us to be vulnerable while balancing the depth with some light hearted laughter and fun music to dance to. I would follow them all over the world taking every workshop, retreat and class I could. They really bring the good vibes!

Attending this retreat was nothing short of transformative. We spent our days immersed in nature, surrounded by lush plants and serene ponds that provided the perfect backdrop for play and deep emotional release. Maryn and Patrick created a safe container for us to let go of emotions that had been stuck in our bodies for years through movement, chanting, screaming, and crying. We also laughed until our sides ached, sang songs that lifted our spirits, and felt an incredible sense of love and community. The food was incredible and nourished our bodies all week. Everyone who attended felt like family by the end. I also went home with so many practices and mantras I can continue working with at home. This retreat was a profound journey of healing, connection, and joy, and I will never forget it.

My second retreat with Vocal Transformation and my first time to Costa Rica! The experience at Holos is so grounding, from the beautiful glamping accommodations, the conscious food prepared for us daily, the conscientious architectural designs, and nature herself.
