Celebrating 10 Years of Tops'l Farm

After a decade of hosting retreats and weddings, we're opening our gates for something new: 2-night Farm Stays that let you experience the very best of Tops'l — no agenda, no workshops, no strangers. Just your people and our little corner of Maine.

Think of it as your own private mini-retreat: wake to birdsong, wander down for farm brunch, spend your days exploring 83 acres of trails, meadows, and river views, and gather in the evenings around the fire. Or do absolutely nothing at all.

Every Stay Includes

Enhance Your Stay Add on what speaks to you. Dinners, wellness, and spa access are available as optional add-ons at booking.

• Monday Farm Plates — wood-fired dinner from the week's harvest: $45/person + gratuity

• Tuesday Fisherman's Supper — a hike to the river, fish on newspaper, one seating: $45/person + gratuity (ticket only, limited availability)

• Daily Wellness Pass — yoga, sauna, hot tub, and cold plunge: $55/person/day

• Stay-Long Wellness Pass — full wellness access for your entire stay: $95/person

• On-site massages, farm picnic baskets, cellar beer and wine, and Tops'l swag also available

Wellness & Spa Access To ensure a calm and uncrowded experience for all guests, Meadowhouse access is organized into scheduled time slots — morning, afternoon, or early evening — pre-booked at check-in. This allows us to maintain proper care, cleaning, and safety standards while giving every guest a fully restorative experience.

Food & Drink Farm brunch is provided daily. Monday and Tuesday dinners are available as add-ons and can be booked at reservation. Additional provisions and farm store treats are available in our communal dining spaces. Outside food and drinks are welcome in outdoor areas including the Campground, Farmhouse, and Farm Cottage, but are not permitted in event spaces.

Important Notes

• Woodland cabins and all classes are 18+ only

• Cabins are not available after October 15 due to weather conditions and guest comfort

• Well-behaved dogs are welcome in the Farm Cottage and Farmhouse for an additional fee; dogs are not permitted in the Campground

Check-In & Check-Out Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM; you're warmly welcome to continue enjoying brunch and the property until 12:00 PM. We simply ask that all accommodations be vacated by 11:00 AM.

A note on your stay: Tops'l Farm is a working property and we want you to feel at home here. We ask that you treat it accordingly. Farm on Bremen Road LLC (DBA Tops'l Farm) is not responsible for damage, theft, or loss of personal property during your stay. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or accommodations and agree to hold Tops'l Farm, its staff, and vendors harmless from any related claims or expenses. Any damage identified after checkout will be billed within 14 days.
