Celebrating 10 Years of Tops'l Farm

After a decade of hosting retreats and weddings, we're opening our gates for something new: 2-night Farm Stays that let you experience the very best of Tops'l—no agenda, no workshops, no strangers. Just your people and our little corner of Maine.

Think of it as your own private mini-retreat: wake to birdsong, join us for morning yoga in the Glasshouse, wander the farm, explore 83 acres of trails, meadows, and river views, and gather in the evenings around the fire. Or do absolutely nothing at all.

Every Stay Includes

• Welcome beverage on arrival

• Daily farm brunch for one guest in cabins and two guests in houses (additional guests: $27/person/day)

• 7:00 a.m. morning yoga in the Glasshouse on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings

• 60 minutes of sauna access on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings before 12:00 p.m. (scheduled through our sauna sign-up sheet)

• Evening fire pit access

• Access to 83 acres of trails, gardens, and farm animals

• Communal use of property amenities

• Departure gift

Food & Drink

Farm brunch is provided each morning of your stay.

Evenings are yours to enjoy however you choose. Prepare your own meals in the communal campground kitchen or the fully equipped kitchens in our houses, cook over the campfire or grill, pack a picnic, or explore the many incredible local restaurants and breweries just a short drive away.

For added convenience, we also offer:

• Farm store snacks and provisions

Whether you prefer a cozy meal by the fire or a night out exploring the local food scene, your evenings are designed to be relaxed and flexible.

Wellness & Farm Experiences

Your stay includes morning yoga and scheduled sauna access. To ensure a calm and restorative experience for all guests, sauna sessions are organized through a sign-up sheet, with available time slots on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings before 12:00 p.m.

A Slower Way to Stay

This is your invitation to experience Tops'l at your own pace—slow mornings, shared meals, quiet trails, cozy fires, and meaningful time together on the farm.

Important Notes

• Woodland cabins and all wellness classes are for guests 18+.

• Cabins are not available after October 15 due to seasonal weather conditions.

• Well-behaved dogs are welcome in the Farm Cottage and Farmhouse for an additional fee. Dogs are not permitted in the Campground.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m., and you're warmly welcome to continue enjoying brunch and the property until 12:00 p.m. We simply ask that all accommodations be vacated by 11:00 a.m.

A note on your stay: Tops'l Farm is a working property and we want you to feel at home here. We ask that you treat it accordingly. Farm on Bremen Road LLC (DBA Tops'l Farm) is not responsible for damage, theft, or loss of personal property during your stay. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or accommodations and agree to hold Tops'l Farm, its staff, and vendors harmless from any related claims or expenses. Any damage identified after checkout will be billed within 14 days.
