      Join Ryerson Soccer for the Gothia Cup in Gothenburg, Sweden - for an unforgettable soccer and cultural experience! The Gothia Cup is the world's largest International youth soccer tournament, with nearly 1,900 teams from 80 nations participating annually.  The Olympic style Opening Ceremonies hosts over 50,000 fans, players and families in a speculator show of celebration, music, and fireworks.  In addition to the Gothia Cup, players participate in the pre-tournament friendlies in Orby and Varberg Sweden, guaranteeing 6 matches while on tour.

      What an incredible experience. When asked to join the trip I had no idea what the trip entailed. To be a part of the largest tournament in the world "the world cup of youth soccer" is an experience of a lifetime. Although the travel was tiresome and school experience was exhausting, so much of the trip outweighed all of that. Staying at Two Shuttles was amazing and having the chance to see Varburg, Haga, and the opening ceremonies was an experience worth having.
