What is a Fire Vinyasa class? Its a 75 minute kill yourself to the max class incorporating High Intensity Interval Training with a JM Vinyasa class. The class will start with about 15 minutes of HIIT and then move onto a vinyasa flow sequence. Each class will have a different focus.
Week 1 (3/30)- Hip opening
Week 2 (4/6)- Backbending
Week 3 (4/13)- Forward folds and splits
Week 4 (4/20)- Inversions and arm balances
There are 4 classes in total, each class will take place on Saturday of each week at 11:30am NYC time. All classes will be recorded so that if you cannot attend live, you can watch the recording through the link provided after signup.
