In todays fast paced world it's important that your mind and body gets some rest. The goal of our retreats is that you get away from your daily stress, become more aware of your body and mind again and to bring back the balance into your life.
For that reason we created retreat that not only include a stunning accommodation in a beautiful and exciting city but also fitness, nutrition and wellbeing programs. Fitness and Nutrition experts will guide you through the retreat and support you with a personalised approach to relieve the stress and feel grounded and balanced again. Every day will include max. of two workouts and other activities (hiking, running, swimming) which is accomplished by healthy and nutritious foods throughout the day. We believe that food and movement is medicine. In order to have lasting change we established small education workshops about health, fitness and nutrition including cooking demonstration. This way we want to make sure that our clients bring that knowledge back home and continue to implement the healthy lifestyle.
