About this trip

Join Reba for a weekend retreat in beautiful Zephyr Point, Lake Tahoe! Nestled among towering pines and just steps from the crystal-clear waters of the lake, this peaceful and private setting offers the perfect place to slow down, reconnect, and soak in the beauty of nature. Enjoy nourishing meals and choose from a cozy cabin for one, two, or three, or a private hotel-style room, single or double occupancy.

Begin your mornings with energizing vinyasa yoga and unwind in the evening with restorative yoga under the stars. Spend your day exploring the lake in a kayak or on a paddleboard or just enjoying birdsong and warm breezes by the shore. Your retreat also includes an optional mixed-media assemblage workshop, where you'll create a one-of-a-kind miniature keepsake using mini matchboxes and found treasures. Led by Santa Barbara artist Wendy Brewer, this creative experience is a beautiful opportunity for self-expression, connection, and play.

Register before November 15th and save $100. Enter EARLYBIRD at checkout.

About your organizer

Reba first stumbled upon yoga while living in Boston after returning from the Peace Corps in Mali—an experience that taught her the power of community. While processing her time abroad and searching for connection in a busy city, she found yoga. What began as a way to find grounding became a lifelong path. She practiced and trained to teach for eight years before moving west.

In 2010, she moved to the Bay Area to deepen her practice, broaden her studies, and escape the long East Coast winters. In 2025, she moved to the Reno, Nevada area.

Reba teaches vinyasa flow, meditation, and breathwork, drawing from more than two decades of practice and extensive training in yin yoga, yoga for runners, and yoga for traumatic brain injury. She holds an E-RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance, and a Lululemon ambassadorship.

At the heart of her teaching is a love of connection, presence, and building community through movement.
