I'm thrilled to return to Playa Grande, Costa Rica, and would love for you to experience this special place with me. Nestled along the Pacific coast, Playa Grande is known for its breathtaking sunsets, surfing, abundant wildlife, and miles of unspoiled beach. There's something about the slower pace, the warm ocean air, and the amazing meals at this retreat center that call me back, and I can't wait to share it with you.
We'll gather at the beautiful RipJack Inn, just steps from Playa Grande's golden sand beach. Begin each day with energizing morning vinyasa yoga and unwind each evening with restorative yoga as the sun sets over the Pacific. Enjoy fresh, nourishing meals, relax by the pool, explore nearby beaches and nature trails, or take a snooze to the sound of the ocean waves.
One of the highlights of the week is an included sunset snorkeling excursion, where we'll head out on the Pacific to snorkel in crystal-clear waters before watching the sunset over the ocean as we head back to shore. We may spot sea turtles, tropical fish, dolphins, or even whales as they migrate north this time of year!
Whether you're looking to deepen your yoga practice, embrace adventure, or simply enjoy a week of sunshine and community, this retreat offers the perfect balance of movement, relaxation, and unforgettable experiences.
