All participants must have a valid passport with at least 6 months of validity and at least two (2) blank pages.
Required: Spelling of names, including middle name or initial, must exactly match your government-issued ID.

FLYING ANGELS TRAVELS CANCELLATION FEE
- 91 or more days prior to departure date: $100 + the supplier's fee (in addition to non-refundable deposit), if applicable
- 61-90 days prior to departure date: $150 + the supplier's fee (in addition to non-refundable deposit), if applicable
- 60 days or less prior to departure date: $200 + the supplier's fee (in addition to non-refundable deposit), if applicable
NAME CHANGES
Name changes will be accepted up until TEN (10) days prior to departure, but are subject to the provisions of our airline partners. Name changes requested after travel documents are issued will be assessed a $100.00 per person name change fee.
