Upon arrival in Rome, we will transfer to our hotel. In the evening, we will enjoy a welcome dinner.

After breakfast, we will head to St. Peter’s Square for the Papal Audience at 9 a.m., led by His Holiness, Pope Leo XIV (subject to his schedule). Pilgrims are encouraged to bring medals, rosaries, and other religious items for a blessing. The Pope delivers a speech, followed by prayers and a homily, and concludes with a blessing. After lunch, (not included) we will tour the Vatican Museum, exploring the Tapestry Gallery, Raphael Rooms, and the Sistine Chapel. Our day ends at St. Peter’s Basilica, where we view Michelangelo’s Pieta and the tomb of St. Pope John Paul II, and walk through the basilica, finishing at the Tomb of St. Peter. We then attend Mass at a nearby church.

This morning is dedicated to the Major Basilicas. We´ll start at St. Paul Outside the Walls and visit the burial site of St. Paul.

Next, we’re off to the Church of St. Mary Major where pilgrims can view what is said to be the wood relics of the Holy Crib of the Nativity of Jesus.Then, we'll visit the Archbasilica of St. John Lateran, the “Mother of all Churches in the World,” and the cathedral of the Diocese of Rome.

Here, we will celebrate Mass and have the opportunity to climb the Lateran Steps. Lastly, we’ll visit the Basilica di Santa Croce in Gerusalemme to see the relics of the Holy Cross. Then, We will embark on a historic tour of Ancient Rome. We will stroll along Cobblestone streets, lined with majestic stone pines, and visit the Colosseum, a grand amphitheater of the ancient world. Passing by the Roman Forum, we will witness the ruins of ancient government buildings. Along the way we’ll stop for prayer at the Basilica of Saint Clement.

Today we will wake up early and move to Florence. We will enjoy a tour of the Convent of San Domenico. Next, visit the Convento di San Marco, an architectural masterpiece built by Michelozzo by the appointment of Cosimo de’ Medici. Continue through Republic Square to Santa Maria del Fiore 13th century cathedral. After mass at the Cathedral (if possible), we’ll have some leisure time to relax & enjoy a glass of wine.

Overnight: Siena (Breakfast, Dinner)

In the morning, we will visit Siena, home of St. Catherine. Our first stop this morning and a highlight of our tour will be the Basilica of St. Francis where we’ll venerate the Eucharistic miracle of Siena. Then we’ll celebrate Mass at St. Dominic’s, St. Catherine of Siena’s parish church where she attended daily Mass and went into ecstasy.

Adjacent to the church is her home, which we’ll tour and see the cell where she fasted and prayed. Then we’ll stroll the ancient Gothic streets which converge on the Piazza del Campo, one of the most beautiful squares in the world where we can stop for lunch. Overnight: Assisi (Breakfast, Dinner)

We’ll start our day with Mass and a tour at the Basilica di San Francesco d’Assisi. After lunch, we will proceed to the Basilica di Santa Chiara to see the Saint’s body and pray for her intercession in front of the San Damiano Cross. St. Clare was the founder of the Order of Poor Clare’s.

Next, we will visit the Cathedral of San Ruffino, Chiesa Nuova and San Damiano, where Saint Clare built her community. We will also visit Santuario della Spogliazione, to view the tomb of St. Carlo Acutis, the Catholic Church's first millennial saint.

Overnight: Assisi (Breakfast, Dinner)

Depart Assisi and drive south to Orvieto, home to Italy's most stunning Gothic Cathedral, where the Feast of Corpus Christi began. After celebrating Mass, there will be time for prayer and adoration. See the steps of the Papal summer residence where Pope Urban IV held up the blood-stained corporal and announced his intention to institute the Feast of Corpus Christi. Free time for lunch & to explore this beautiful town on your own.

Overnight: Naples (Breakfast, Dinner)

Today we will take a fast ferry (about 50 minutes) from Naples' Molo Beverello port to Capri's Marina Grande, Capri is a world-famous Italian island in the Bay of Naples, known for its stunning natural beauty, dramatic cliffs, crystal-clear waters, and glamorous atmosphere. The limestone island features ancient Roman ruins, luxurious

shopping, and iconic natural landmarks like the Faraglioni sea stacks and the Blue Grotto. Capri offers a mix of tranquil natural beauty and high-end sophistication, with two main towns, Capri Town and the higher, quieter Anacapri.

Today we will drive to Pompei ruins, one of the most significant proofs of Roman civilization and, like an open book, provides outstanding information on the art, customs, trades and everyday life of the past. After lunch we will drive to the Mount Vesuvius National Park in Italy, where visitors hike to the crater of the famous volcano for panoramic views of the Bay of Naples The curious have been climbing the slopes of Mount Vesuvius since the 1600s, as the crater was considered one of the more "exotic" stops on the Grand Tour, attracting tourists from northern Europe who had never seen a volcano. Between the 18th and 19th centuries, the ruins of Pompeii stop along the 'were discovered by chance, and a trip to Pompeii-Vesuvius became a cultural attraction, as well. Many travellers who were drawn to the unearthed city also wanted to see the volcano that had destroyed it, and excursions up the mountainside were a huge draw'.

Following breakfast, heading to Monte Cassino, where the ancient Roman town of Casinum once stood. Our first stop is the Benedictine Abbey of Monte Cassino, the original home of the Benedictine Order, established by St. Benedict around 529. It is considered the "cradle of Western monasticism," serving as the model for the Benedictine order and still following the Rule of St. Benedict, "Ora et Labora" (Pray and Work). Here you will have the chance to celebrate the Mass. Free time for lunch.

Afternoon to visit Anagni; Anagni is popular for having been, in the Medieval Age, the city of the Popes. While hosting the papal court between the XI and XIV centuries, Anagni saw the birth of Popes Innocenzo III, Gregorio IX, Alessandro IV and Bonifacio VIII.

We transfer to the Rome Fiumicino Airport and board our return flight(s) home.
